Supplier shipped fast and everything was there. No damage to packages. Easy to put together. Supplier sent instructions and links to video. Some could be a little confusing if you aren’t mechanical inclined. Read and view instructions ahead of starting. Took about 2 hrs to assemble. Kids love it.

My daughter loves it. It was the best gift for her.

I am very pleased with this purchase! It was a birthday gift to both of my granddaughters. They truly love it! The assembly people were exceptionally professional and quick! My youngest GD is autistic. Talk about something that she truly loves. We cannot keep her off of it! They can jump with 8-10 friends at a time. Their parents jump, their grandfather jumps. It is truly pleasant looking in the yard. Everyone loves it because it’s very large. Thank you Walmart for this product. It’s the best gift I could have ordered. It’s worth every penny.

I dislike that I paid for assembly and Noone has came and put it together and I have had it for while now. I would like it if it was assembled

Easy set up even with instructions that sucked. The only issue was out “sprinkler” hose ripped immediately. Super huge bummer because that’s one of the reasons we bought this one!!

Love the trampoline and all the features , but the lights should have been solar powered

The tool that you use to attach the springs to the mat broke. There are 2 mat loops that broke. I am getting in contact with Walmart, Amazon, and the manufacturer to see if they are willing to send me a NEW jumping mat. If I'm able to get it I will revise my review. so far, everything else is great! Note that the loops only ripped halfway across which made the metal pieces turn sideways. I believe, that if the metal piece was solid and not having a gap in the middle, would resolve the ripping issue

The trampoline itself is great. But as often is the case when getting things from a different country the instructions are horrible. Not as bad as IKEA directions but close. Nothing included to show how to attach the sprinkler or the lights. So I am hunting online for them. Wish me luck! 🙄

Finally put this together. When the kids got on it the first time one of the poles bent. Very disappointed.

This was a very frustrating experience. We were missing half the springs and a handful of different screws so it made assembly impossible. When I sent an email to the company with pictures, I did not receive correspondence and I emailed them through this app with no correspondence to top it off their toll-free number to call for issues is continuously busy 24 seven. It’s a shame because if I had all the parts I would’ve given a great review. I’m mad about those but I’m also terribly frustrated about not having good customer service with the manufacturer..
