I haven't used it for normal use yet, but I built it and it seems very sturdy. Building the swing wasn't difficult at all, and I am not the most handy, the instructions were quite clear. The bottom bamboo textured wrap, was coming apart when i received it, but its nothing to put some crazy glue or hot glue to keep it in place. Just waiting to see if it'll last, I plan to use it a lot. Fyi I dont think the screws to the bottom are supposed to be tight, I tried every way and it still feels a little loose, but maybe because its made to feel a bit flexible, due to the nature of the function, which is a swing.

I ordered my egg chair and it came when they said it would. I haven't put it together yet. Looks like it did in the photo so far.

Assembly was easy but sone of the rattan wrapping has nicks but it was nothing some electrical tape couldn't handle. A bit of a tight squeeze for 2 normal sized asults but perfect for me %26 my pups.

first the box was badly damaged, than it took three hours my husband and two sons to install it was really hard to install my egg chair came with damaged frame tape in two spots and the cousin also has an issue

Received the chair late in a damaged box. The wicker is coming unraveled from the frame in many spots.

Nice chair but the pillows came with mold or something on them. I threw them away.

This came in and I was so excited to finally get it! I will say it is huge! The design and how to put it together needs to be better. Some bikes didn't line up correctly and it was a struggle putting them in then trying to put the screws in for the hammock was a NIGHTMARE! I've put tons of things together and this was probably one of the worst. I had to wait for someone to come and help me because it takes one person to hold the wicker in place in line the holes up to screw it in properly. They need to find a better design for that.

it came with chipped paint and unraveled rattan. the springs are quite noticeable and need to be painted as well.

The seat arrived with a torn pillar. I have reached out 3 times to request a replacement pillow to avoid the costs of return transport and having to go through the effort of taking the chair apart (after quite some effort to put it together) and send it back. Up to today, I have been ignored and not received any response. Very disappointing and I would avoid ordering anything from this company after this experience. Currently still sitting on a torn pillow without a replacement pillow or solution…
