Flag 24 oz Water Bottle with lid

Our family is still using the Tervis Tumblers we purchased in the late 1990's. Recently a friend had lunch with me and commented on the "nice glasses" we used. Later that day I ordered this particular tumbler for her as she decorates with patriotic colors. It will be given as a gift at a later date and I know she will love it as much as we love ours. We love them because we don't have to search for coasters - they never mar the table!

This is better than I expected. I thought the flag would be a sticker stuck to the inside of the cup but no, it's am embroidered patch. Definitely a pleasant surprise! This was for a unisex family Christmas grab bag & they loved it.

We use the cups daily, I have about 40 of them, I give them out as Gifts at Christmas, I have had several custom made up!

I have been using your tumblers for a long time Obviously, I really like the no condensation factor and insulation plus designs My only concern is the film that develops I use lemon and lime in my drinks The older tumblers do not do this I have sent them back and received new ones many times It's beginning to be costly since it costs $10 each time for shipping I asked Customer service if there is a different composition being used to make the tumblers. The answer is that you are now using recycled plastics. Very disconcerting

I use my water bottle often and besides the small cracks in the plastic, which I'm sure they will attribute to normal "wear and tear" it is leaking from the lid seal--that apparently is not covered. I do not want to send my $25+ cup back to them and have them tell me it wasn't covered and that they recycled it. Not truthful in their guarantee, I can't trust them in their evaluation. There are other companies that offer a guarantee and stand by it with just a picture of the product like Contigo and Zyliss-- those companies will get my future business.
