Hmmm

Tony November 25, 2025

These little LP tanks are great! I save at least $5.00 every time i refill one! (Takes about 5 refills to pay for itself!) These little LP tanks are great for the environment too! Nothing to throw away every time I empty one. Easy enough to refill at home from a larger LP tank, a little bit of a hassle but well worth the savings to my family. Wish I'd found them years ago. Too bad they are so expensive to purchase initially.

Worth it

Richard November 11, 2025

If you use the one pound cylinders regularly like I do, this will save you money. Even though initial cost is a bit it's still reasonable. Very easy to fill the tanks up from a 20 pound tank.

As advertized

elheffe52 January 22, 2025

The tanks are easy to fill after watching a Utube video. The tank did not fill until I cracked the vent screw to let gas escape giving the liquid a chance to enter the tank . When it starts to sputter it is nearly full and you have about 1 lb of gas . Avoid the gas it will burn your hands when sputtering I used a kitchen scale to verify the amount in the tank.

I have six of these, and love them.

This is a good product, and I recommend it. I stopped refilling throw away tanks, years ago, because they leak and break down. They have two valves that were not built to last long. Yes you can do it, sorta safe, but you can also do harm to others.

LONG LONG LONG OVERDUE!!

Amir October 22, 2024

I'm no tree hugger and don't think twice about using a plastic straw. But I gotta admit even I hated myself for using the disposable 1lb propane cylinders. And even though I've seen hacks for refilling them, I already know I'd end up being the doofus Who ends up in the emergency room with both hands blown off attempting the illegal and ill-advised procedure. THEN I FINALLY FOUND IT! Reusable cylinders that have the correct safety built in for reuse. THANK YOU FLAME KING!!!

This would probably work really well because it's very solid except that I can't find anyone in town to fill it. filling, it will require a larger tank and a Refill nozzle.

It should be 1 lb but when you put Propane in this Tank. Its 1/2 lb ..HALF-POUND..So it should call HALF-POUND tank not 1lb...

Like idea but nothing about how to fill it and needing other parts is listed on the site. It also does not have a relief valve i'm kind of nervous to even use. Comes with an allen screw driver but no idea what for. Directions are very limited, like the idea but lack of directions, safety valve needing a part I didn't plan to buy i'm kind of fed up to a point I may just return it.

Do NOT Order

MICHAEL December 6, 2024

Do not order flame king products. My shipment came late out of Las Vegas MISSING HALF MY ORDER. The parts to my order i did receive were damaged. DO NOT ORDER FLAME KING.

Old tank, Slow Shipping

Jose May 29, 2025

This is labeled as made in early 2023. Propane tanks won't be filled if they are older than 10 years. I have 2 years less to use this... shipping also took a week longer than expected
