Love it use it 5 days a week during my resistance band workouts. Aside from the bands your chair is a key element. I do 2 workouts each day 38 minutes each. I do senior workouts with Meredith.

One month into ownership, sturdy, fold and nest efficiently for storage, spilled juice on one upholstered seat cleaned perfectly with mild soap and water. One drawback, the back rest of these chairs is not angled for sitting upright, one leans back a little too far. For longer time in seat, it is not comfortable. I wish the designer had angled the backrest for upright position.

The padding on the seating could be more soft which makes me wonder if it can be used for a longer use, say for instance, while working on a computer. Otherwise, overall construction is good and the chair in itself is sturdy and not flimsy.
