Not very sturdy - do not feel they would hold 551lb.
We have had in the cafeteria to use as-needed for a week. Out of the 8 chairs - we've already had 2 that have bent legs - just from average size employees - 150lbs - sitting in and trying to move the chair back and forth to the table. Not sturdy at all. Legs will continue to get bent I'm sure as it did not take much to have it happen to these two already. Would not recommend for adults.
