I assembled this chair this morning, and I love it. I use it in my office, and I have a feeling it is going to be here for a long while. I had a rolling office chair and decided to take this model as the replacement. Assembly was simple, Six screws and you are done. So far I am really happy with the product.

The only problem is that 2 of the chairs came of the box all scratched up.

I used these for my dinning room chairs. They are very comfortable.

Purchased 5 chair for of $246.70/$49.34 ea on May 1. Price good and leather soft, feel and look nice in lobby. Ordered 8 more today for price of $353.20/$44.15 ea even cheaper than first order. For the price mention is excellent product. Assembly is super easy. 1. Install 2 support rod for seat first and slice 4 screws in those hole to keep it in place. 2. install the 4 back crews do not tied yet. 3. remove 4 screws from support rod and install seat. Do not tie. 4. Now tie the back crews even and then tie seat screws. Blah bing blah boom. Thousand dollars chair still come with some defect. Even Lamborghini came with defect. No need following Manufacturer installation guideline just creative your own and see how it fit. Hope this help James

This chair not only looks good, it is one of the most comfortable chairs we ever sat in. It was a gift for my husband and he loves it. I would recommend this chair highly and the Walmart service was wonderful. We did not have any porblems. We would definitely order again from Walmart.

We bought these for a customer chair during sales paperwork. They seemed to be exactly what we wanted. While not a high end chair, not a high end price either.

I was looking for nice chairs for the waiting area at our business, and was on a budget. I ordered a dozen of these chair. Overall, I am happy with the purchase, because they look very nice and are easily half the price of other chairs I found through office furniture retailers. After reading other reviews, I knew what to expect. Each piece being wrapped up in thin cloth like a mummy. It took 2 guys over 1.5 hours to unbox and unwrap the pieces to a dozen chairs. Despite the 'care' of all the wrapping, I found many small chips with rust on the metal bases. Almost every chair has one somewhere on it. For the most part, it didn't bother me, because side-by-side the chips didn't show. Also, I knew kids would on them and they would get bumped and scratched eventually. And Hey, they were only $69. Assembly wasn't too bad. Others talked about screws that were 'too short'. I found I just needed to push harder, and install the upper screw (on the back) before anything else. It helped to have a cordless drill with a hex-head driver in it. Bottom line, if you want nice looking chairs, don't want to spend a lot of money, and you don't mind the little chips in he paint, this is the way to go.

It took me time to setup, but it is comfortable to sit in.
