I received this chair the other day and finally got it together and using it now. I love it. It is a nice, sturdy made chair with a nice size seat. I am a bigger guy so I needed something like this and I am glad I bought it now. Very satisfied with it so far and would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice desk chair. Decent price as well.

The quality seems good. The set up took me about 40 minutes; it would be easier for 4 hands to put it together. The fit/size is not as good as I expected. I think it would be fine for a top heavy person, but for a bottom heavy person it is a bit of a squeeze. But, hopefully it measures up to the weight capacity strength. I sit upright all of the time, so I can't comment on the support. It is comfortable for me, it looks good, and the chair glides all over with ease.

Ok but arms are what hold back of chair in place so can't leave arms off. I use the chair for multi tasks and under the table which has a low support that won't allow the arms to go under.

Chair was narrower than I thought. I assumed it was for larger people, but my thighs press quite hard against the armrests. The padding on the armrests is sufficient, but the left armrest padding is loose inside and I'm sure it won't last long. The seat padding is ok but just after a couple of days it's compressed and not comfortable for more than an hour or two. If your weight is 300 or below I'm sure it would be a better fit.

Chair lasted 5 months with everyday usage then no good - the cylinder that held the gas failed. I never adjusted the chair after I put it in the position that was most comfortable for me to use on a daily basis

Screw bolt inserts are off by 1/8" and not aligned. Can't even screw in bolts to assemble the chair properly. In addition, made of low quality faux leather alternative. This was obviously poorly made. Also customer service number on instructions was useless as no one answers it.

This chair is not for big and tall people. the web description says up to 400lbs, but the instructions say 250. The seat is very narrow and will pinch and squeeze your thighs if you are a larger person. there is no tilt, you are sitting ramrod straight. the fake leather is nice and its an attractive chair, but not built for bigger people. buyer beware.

I'm not sure how they consider this chair to be for somebody big, this literally is the smallest chair that I've ever owned, I push the chair away as I go to sit down in it, I don't even sit that far back in the chair I feel like I'm falling out, I just can't believe this chair was made for somebody up to 400 lb, I have wasted my time putting this chair together

Received this in late January and to be honest it was never all that comfortable, but I was able to live with it... until it started to fall apart. the armrests came apart and the holes seem to be stripped. I can't tighten the screws. So now the back of the chair cannot stay upright. I am big and tall but nowhere near the supposed 400lb weight capacity. Total sham.

Came damaged and seat width was far more narrow than expected. Other good so far.
