I'd been trying to find a sturdy chair that would handle a large person (225 pounds) doing chair dips, chair workouts, incline pushups, and whatever other exercises I come up with that require a chair. The biggest issue was finding a chair that would stand up over time. With all the twisting and turning, and seated weight workouts, and whatever else I have thrown at it... still not a squeak or creak to be heard. I am totally delighted with it.

I love these chairs. They are like chairs in a school band room, but much less expensive, also, they are shorter. I'm going to use bed lifters. The yellow color is so fun! They are very cofortable.

Well, it really does hold up!! I am a large woman and wanted a sturdy chair that would hold me and be comfortable AND be reasonably priced. THIS chair is it!! I might have to order more for other parts of my home!! You will not be disappointed!!

We are a medical facility and the chairs in our waiting room take a great deal of abuse. The Hercules chair is very sturdy, and looks great in our lobby, Shipping was expeditious, and the couple of damaged chairs we replaced without any hassle.

Chair was used! If I can't return it, I'll throw it away. Rubber on bottom of chair was worn out and dirty. Plastic was scuffed and scratched. Dried-off stains (sweat?) on the seat. The chair doesn't seem safe. When leaning back, you can feel the chair lean back. It's very possible that if someone leans back hard enough, the chair could fall backwards. The chair itself is very uncomfortable. The way the seat is angled makes it uncomfortable to lean forward. It's painful to move your legs back (underneath the chair)because the edges of the seat are hard and not smoothed out. The back of the chair has such a pronounced indent that it puts pressure on the sides of your back. The indent also causes you to slip forward if you lean back on the chair. The chair also makes a clacking sound when you get up, so I'm doubtful of its build quality.

Unbalanced, easily tips, not supportive. I do not recommend this chair.
