I bought 37 of these chairs for my art studio because I needed chairs that were rated heavy duty. They came packaged excellent and only two had little tears that aren't really noticeable and apparently happened during shipping. They are rated for 500 lbs and came fully assembled. They are very comfortable and the padding will make my customers comfortable while sitting for 2-3 hours. I highly recommend!!

We purchased 16 of these chairs for our Active Seniors class at the gym. They are lightweight enough to be easily moved and stacked, but sturdy enough for older seniors to do exercises on and hold onto for balance. There was minor damage during shipping and we received great customer service and replacement parts. Overall we are very satisfied.

Our photography club bought 40 chairs a little over a month ago. The chairs were delivered very promptly and wrapped securely. They are very sturdy and appear that they will hold up well over the years.

We were looking for a chair for exercising (we are old) and this chair has fit the bill very nicely. The main thing that we were looking for was something sturdy and it is. We can do all of the seated exercises and feel completely secure. The vinyl allows us to move but has enough grip where there is no fear of sliding off. Over all very happy with the purchase.

I bought office chairs from this company about a month ago. They did forget to send me four chairs, but I reached out with a email and they express ship them to me so I'm very satisfied. They have great communication with fast response time.

PROS: They are comfortable, light and seem sturdy. CONS: We bought 50 of these and several had torn seats. This seems to have happened in manufacturing as the damage was there beneath the protective wrapping paper.
