Was extremely happy with the purchase of the 4 chairs. Have never used an online to purchase furniture before, something about touching and feeling it before I make a decision. Have to say, this was the best purchase ever, even recommended them to my family and friends.

Bought these about 2 months ago very pleased the only problem I had was with the shipping fedex. fedex damaged the bottoms of the chairs but I notified the company and they took care of it immediately they stand behind their product will definitely buy from them again in the future

We bought these to replace chrome chairs that did not handle the weight of our heavier customers. We want everyone to feel comfortable and secure. These are great...sturdy, comfortable, and easy to handle when needing to put them up on tables when washing the floor.

Purchased 4 chairs over a month ago. They arrived very quickly and the seats were easily assembled to the frame. They look great and are very sturdy replacing other chairs that would not hold up. Very happy with my purchase and the service I received

Love the chairs. The Natural wood finished vertical slot back chairs. Did received two Horizontal slat back by mistake, the company did replaced the horizontal slot back chairs with vertical slat frames. now i have two horizontal frame chairs without seats. i like to know if i can get two seats. Or to purchase them. the chairs are too nice to discard. Did call about this matter. And waiting for a answer.

This chair is quite solid and no wiggling. The chair itself is comfortable to sit in. The height of the chair back is not what I was expecting as it is short. I probably should have paid more attention to the product details. But, it is comfortable. Shipping time though, was not favorable. The product showed in stock and would ship within 24 hours. It shipped after 8 days. But, it did arrive without anything broken, so I can live with the delay.

We ordered 4 chairs. These are good quality and priced right! Had some damage on one chair and received a replacement with no problems. I would recommend!

Chairs were very well wrapped. However, the 2 chairs were stacked on top of each other and jammed together. It was impossible to get them apart. I used a thin straight edge along jammed surfaces to free the chairs to no avail. Wrapping was jammed between chairs where legs and backs touched. In so doing I scratched a few surfaces. I needed a handyman to work with me to free the chairs by wiggling and pulling for many minutes. I needed to repair scratches with stain. Chairs were either purposely jammed together or that happened in shipping. In either case I will not order any other items though I like the repaired chairs.

This is a well built chair, but my problem was there were NO screws. I did not want to wait for a week or longer just for the company to send me screws to attach the seat. That's why I gave it a 3 star because of NO screws in ex-large box shipped in.

These chairs are a joke. They are so small, even though the measurements were the same as my own chair these look like a kid school chair!
