I really love my chair. I work from home sometimes 10 hours in this chair but the least is 8 hrs and my tail bone is still I tact after. I have been through 3 chairs and this is the first comfy chair yet! Thanks to my husband and walmart. #theComfyworkchair.

This chair is so comfortable, the lower lumbar gives support. Now those levels on the side not sure of their purpose, other than that it looks great, feels good, for that price and great buy

I was specifically looking for a chair with no arms. I sit at a desk all day and wanted to be able to pull up all the way up to the desk. This one you can put together without the arms. So, after I purchased two of these, some co-workers liked the idea of not have the arms in the way so I ordered two more. We are all happy with out chairs. Very comfortable and very attractive. Of course, it looks nice with the arms if you'd rather.

This was a present for my husband , he spends a lot of time at his desk and says that the chair is very comfortable, well built, and easy to put together. When he isn't in the chair one of the cats is so it definitely has passed the comfort test.

I cannot be more happy with this chair. I sit at a desk at work all day. this chair is a replacement to my old chair of over 20 years. it is so comfortable and gives great lumbar and neck support with the adjustments. I am really, really thrilled to be able to give this great review in hopes to help someone else like me who is skeptical and hard to please. thank you walmart

About a year ago we purchased this same chair from an online chair company. Their price was 1.5x higher than we found it at Walmart. Walmart is the best place to shop for the greatest prices and value for the buck. Walmart proves it again (whether in store or online) the firm will save one big bucks!

I bought this chair to replace a very old (1977) Steelcase chair that I'd had for nearly 20 years which recently broke beyond my ability to repair it. I was very used to that chair and find most desk chairs unequal to it in comfort. The two main reasons for this are that it had a very wide and deep seat and rocked back further than most modern chairs. My biggest issue with it was that the height adjustment no longer worked. This chair is the best affordable replacement I could find. The chair is constructed well and the padding is excellent--better than my old one. Assembly is easy and fast and the chair looks very professional. The triple adjustments are very nice to have--not seen on many chairs in this price point. Also, the ability to lock the recline and tilt in any position is nice. Many chairs do not offer this. The tilt could, in my opinion, be greater--it only seems to tilt back about 15 degrees at the most. (I haven't measured, only eyeballing it.) This could be for safety reasons, though. The back reclines about 35-40 degrees from vertical. Again, just an eyeballed guess. The arms are my biggest issue with the chair--they cannot be adjusted more than an inch in width (and that only by losening the three bolts on each one). I ended up removing them and find it much more comfortable for my purposes. They do adjust in height. The lumbar adjustment is pretty useless. When adjusted outward it feels like a single bar pressing into my back rather than a comfortable curve adjustment. I keep it on the lowest setting. The leather is nice, decent quality. Probably not the highest quality, but it is good for the price range. In conclusion, I find this chair to be very comfortable and well made for the price range. I honestly haven't seen anything that compares for less than $500 or more. If you are like me and prefer to sit reclined, tilted back with your legs elevated, then this chair may be what you're looking for!

I do medical transcription from home and sit in my office chair for many many hours per day. this chair is fully adjustable in almost every way. i wish the arms would adjust in and out in addition to up and down. I wish the lumbar support was placed lower on the back. it can be raised up but not down. I wish the chair overall would go about two inches lower. I am only 5' 1" tall and so these issues are probably because of my height. Overall it is a nice chair and much better than the one I replaced it with.

My first problem was I was missing a screw for the arm rest but had an extra in a smaller length. Nothing new as I put a lot of things together and this sometimes happens. But I have nowhere to call for such problems. No hand book only one page with pictures as to how to put it together. Not even a company name to refer. The remainder of the assembly was uneventful and fairly easy. I do have issue with the placement of the lumbar dial. It interferes with the controls for the seat. Unless you have longer than average arm reach it's inconvenient. I spend a great deal of time in my chair so comfort is a major factor. I selected this chair because it claimed to have a cushion of 3" which was 1" more than the others I considered. It would probably be sufficient for the average user. I have added an additional cushion for my preference. The lumbar support is a nice plus. All in all it is a very nice chair so far. I have used it for only a few weeks, I guess time will tell it's long term value.

Bought this chair for the MIL as a gift for Xmas. She loves it. Very comfortable and lots of adjustable parts, which is good for her. She said it is good for her back and she likes the lumbar support. Box is quite heavy when it arrives. Only has 8-10 pieces and we put it together for her before we left. Maybe 15-20 minutes.
