Good communication
Item never arrived due to some sort of shipping error. But the communication with the seller was good and I was issued a full refund once the issue was discovered.

It is not red.
It is more like an orange color, not red. I'm pretty disappointed about this money down the drain. Most likely, they hired a color blinded person for quality control.

Don't waste your money on this ABS Filament
Every print that I use this filament for doesn't turn out. The prints are missing parts of it and when it does print a item out it isn't very usable due to the poor quality. I would not recommend this.

I ordered this in purple and orange. Both were confiscated(supposedly)By NY USPS for fraudulent shipping credentials.
