ordered 1st one, package was brand new, but didn't work, the high pitch heat fan circuit failed, then ordered second one package was open , and I was skeptical if it was gonna work. the way it shipped , o man look like the FBI took bios out and rewrote the firmware to port through their monitor sites, lol . just package was not new.. but this on worked..... MY BROTHER BOUGHT ONE FEW MONTHS AGO , Now I KNOW THEY MAKE A DANG GOOD PRODUCT HERE, SO I KEPT IT, SO FAR SO GOOD

The reason why I give this product five star view is because it is very good at making stuff and very fast at making stuff too. I didn't have any problems that much. The minor problems were that like my parents were not sticking to the build plates, but that was only three or four times but very good product

Worked perfectly without having to fiddle with settings. Physical setup took a little bit, but the extra instructions they added helped. I'm using stock Orca Slicer instead of Flashforge's version, and everything works fine. Be aware that switching colours takes time, so you'll want to do colours by layer rather than many colours at once for print speed. The model in the photo is "red dragon" by mz4250 on Thingiverse, which I modified to print in several pieces. Material was Creality Hyper-PLA. Print quality was much better than with my previous printer.

Affordable 3D printer. Took little effort to set up … important to place printer on the floor so it is stable enough to finish prints. After we figured out the printer needs to be on the floor we have had zero issues. Children use it. Simple and easy.

There are a few things that drove me nuts when I first started. Finding where you could find prints, (printables.com) why it kept going off line,(always make sure you're logged in or your pc won't find the printer) and the basics of how to use. I ended up finding most of my answers online, either from youtube or flashforge. Once I got that figured out, I have little to no problems. Buying filament is easy from amazon, wm or flashforge. This is my first XP with 3d printer so for that part it wasn't so bad.

This is my first printer I bought it on the 8th of January but when I was setting up my enclosure, the touch screen dropped and the cable snapped off and it won't go back in so I called up the support and they gave us a new cable and screen yesterday. The screen and cable problem didn't last a month and I could still print without it. Im giving this review a 4 instead of a 3 because I was excited and still happy to have this printer. I added a couple images to show the problem if others had this problem.

was cool to get. on our 3rd thing to make it quit feeding halfway through the object. i contacted the seller and was told to return it to Walmart for a full refund. Been waiting over a month since ive returned the item and still no refund. This is theft. they said no more that 2 weeks when i returned the item!

I have been using 3-D printers for almost 5 years. This printer was easy to set up, and everything started off great. But after about the third or fourth print, every single job would not start because of some new random error. So many errors, feeding errors, loading errors or tip errors or random error error error, error so many errors and I've not successfully printed anything in over a month now. Total waste of money. Do not buy this printer. Also when you try to call their customer service line. No one answers. Do not try. Do not buy.

Work for about a month then just stopped working. Trouble shooter they sent me new nozzle didn't work. Took a week for that didn't resolve it so now having to send it back and won't get a replacement until they get it back at the warehouse. So total time will be another two weeks. So almost a month without this printer. Too long of a return. Process and customer service takes forever ever to respond because of the time difference.

The item description does not say that the rolls of colors are not included. I bought this printing thinking everything that was shown was included. Like any printer, I bought it because it comes with the color cartridges but this one no. Had I know they were no included, LETS FACE IT ITS AN EXPENSIVE PRINTER TO BUY and they should be included. The keast they should say is that they are not included. We are talking about another $ 100 dollar expense. The samples provided NO WHERE NEAR MAKE UP FOR THE DIFFERENCE IN BUYING THE ROLLS nor ease the pain of the cost. I think people are defrauded and lead to buy and settle down after having it and time passing buy. I am seriously thinking about returning it
