Fabulous sprinkled on roasted veggies. Add to savory waffles and Dutch babies. Sprinkle in sour cream to make a delicious dip. And because of the spices, it's also a great addition to Indian food because there are a lot of Indian spices in here (like cumin, garlic, ginger, coriander, nutmeg). This would really give a curry a lot of nuance. Of course, it's fabulous on meat as well but my family doesn't eat a lot of meat and it has many other great uses as well.

This is a delicious blend of seasonings with no fillers, and every ingredient is recognizable. It is a salty blend, so theres no need to add additional salt at all. I am a plain cook and really appreciate these blends that I can just add to fish or chicken, and not have to add anything else. I also really appreciate the 2 sentences of instructions right on the bottle because I need all the help I can get to make delicious food! This is definitely worth trying!

If you know you should eat salmon but can not stand the taste try Boudreaux seasoning . I used to eat salmon on occasion just for my cholesterol, but it was a chore. Since discovering this amazing seasoning I eat it three times a week. My good cholesterol has gone up and my Doctor is amazed.

There's another popular blackening seasoning that I really like, but it's hotter, and heavier than this. This one has milder heat, and potent flavors, but it isn't so overwhelming to a fine cut of salmon or other fish, or a thin filet of chicken. I was quite glad to find and try this.It's a beautiful mix. The spices are finely cut but not ground, so it makes a really nice presentation. I highly recommend this for seafood. It is excellent! I will save my heavier, finer ground, hotter blackening seasoning for my ribeyes, thick chicken breasts, and other beef. I'll keep this one on hand for fish and thin filets of chicken.

This is terrific for egg, egg whites, omelettes, and quiche. I know it meant for blacken meats, but I cook a lot of breakfast and I needed some flavor on my eggs. I just sprinkle it raw on top and it gives the eggs amazing flavor. The seasoning is very good and when I use it as intended, I add red pepper flakes to spice it up because this is mild.

This stuff is soooo good! We went through our first bottle in a few weeks. Its a perfect blend of a little spicy but mostly just super flavorful! Its good on chicken, salmon, burgers and might even try it on some fries!

Very nice rub/seasoning. Sticks to meats, fish and chicken well and gives a nice crust with a strong brown sugar sweetness with a slight cajun kick at the end. I'm a fan.

This is a delicious blend of blackening spices for use on fish, chicken, vegetables and even eggs. Salt and organic brown sugar are the first two components.

Its got some heat but gentle compared to all the other similar seasonings. Saltier than we prefer. When you buy a seasoning, always look at the first ingredient. If its salt, chances are its there more for filler and thats a problem for folks like me who (smartly) watch their sodium. Having said that, this is ideal on any fish and provides the perfect heat wimp kick.
