I thought that the flavor mixture would be interesting as I have tried other coffee rubs in the past and they added a richness that was unexpected. This flavor combination goes beyond that. I thought this would only work as a rub to season meat before you cook it, but I sprinkled some on a whim to already cooked barbecue and it just enhanced the flavor so much, this brought out a lot of flavor in the brisket that my wife bought me one weekend, and also brought out the flavor of the ribs she bought to go with it. This should be proof that it goes with beef and pork very well. Even more unexpected was the fact that you can use it sprinkled on top of already cooked barbecue to add even more flavor. I should mention that the barbecue I had was from a barbecue joint that we enjoy, and it paid very well with their sweet and their spicy barbecue sauce on any of the meats that they had.

The chocolate coffee blend was delicious and quite shocking. I never realized that chocolate with coffee would add so much to my steak! Quite pleased with the effects.

I'm always one to try new flavors when it comes to cooking. This one is now at the top of my list. We used it on a pork tenderloin and again on a whole chicken. The taste was excellent. Great ingredients. Will be buying more.

This seasoning is the only reason I buy & cook steak. It's so delicious and the flavor profile allows you to taste chocolate & coffee in a savory kind of way!

We did this on a pork shoulder and it was amazing! Long slow smoke came out with an amazing bark and subtle flavor.

Best rub for a nice steak

Great flavor, but could use a desiccant packet. The bottle was so caked into a solid mass that had to be broken up with a butter knife or ice pick

Apparently some moisture must have gotten into the bottles because I had to take a knife to break up the mixture! Otherwise it tasted good!
