Hopefully the shaver is ok- I just rec'd it. The box containing it was open %26 somewhat smashed. was it used before? I hope not.

I purchased this Flawless facial hair remover as a gift for someone, and their feedback is that it is just "okay." On the positive side, it looks sleek, travels well, and is completely painless to use compared to waxing or plucking. However, they mentioned it doesn't give as close of a shave as they hoped, meaning they have to use it pretty frequently to keep up with regrowth. It works fine for quick, light touch-ups, but don't expect smooth, long-lasting results.

Does not cut hair and gets hot after running for a short while. Thought I was purchasing the battery operated which is just the opposite and I would recommend
