Flaxseed oil has been scientifically proven the best oil to season cast-iron. It is a high temp dry oil that leaves a perfect finish.

I saw flaxseed oil was recommended by camp chefs as the best treatment for cast iron cookware. America's Test Kitchens also heard this and did one of their comparison tests and it was a huge success. I wanted to rehab some old pans that I was not happy with the current seasoning condition (a bit rough and a little sticky). I high heat baked it off and did 5 separate coats of oil (following ATKs recs). Pans came out great! Dark, hard, smooth finish that really holdsup nicely (see pix). I didn't realize how small the bottle was but it covered a med.skillet and a dutch oven (5 coats+1storage coat) and I still have a smidge left. I will order more.

I have severe neuropathy I usually order my food the night before and then go to the pickup and th en they load it in my trunk. The last 2 months I have not been able to do that because when I go put my EBT pin number in the company that you use is telling me that it's a wrong PIN number and it's not!!!! I called Corporate oh we'll fix it yeah right that was 2 months ago 2 months later here I'm still walking the length of stores in pain because you people can't fix your stuff you guys make $4 million an hour for each store around the world and you can't even afford to do that call the place that you have your little machines from because it's not you it's them!!! Also, your little debit card machines at the registers they're like falling apart you have one register has a soda empty soda bottle under it to keep it raised up that's pathetic and every register I've gone to those machines are like limping over because they've been overused you need new machines that's pathetic replace them oh and your bags are terrible they're terrible they're flimsy they're terrible!!!! Your check cashing services are terrible... I couldn't even cash a lousy $7 check because it was too wrinkled okay I come back a month later with another $7 check and the girls tell me that the numbers on the bottom of the check are too low then I come back another month later and it won't go through try all the different machines and guess what money services could not cash my checks and then charge me $4 for them mind you!!!!!!!!! Walmart has gone downhill I can constantly hear your workers complain you don't pay them enough get with it!!!!! this particular store is on Palmer road in Ware Massachusetts it's the only Super Walmart in town!!!!!!!!
