I had to make sure my system was clean prior to arriving because of the negative reactions I have to anesthesia. This product worked like a charm. I tried a regular med to help me with the constipation, and that just didn't work. So, I had gotten the fleet saline enema. I used it, and boy did it work! Quite fast, and kept me cleaned out for the past few days. I highly recommend this product for all your constipation needs. It is quite easy to use as well. I have chronic constipation and there are days that I cannot go with the aid of a stool softener. I tried this product and really liked it. It explains in great detail how to use this product. The best thing about this product is that it is instant relief as it adds water to you colon which loosens everything up and lets you expell it without straining and getting those dreaded hemorrhoids. It comes with two applications so it is a great value and not at all expensive. I will continue to have this in my arsenal of products for constipation. Great product .
