Sticks well and sealed a small hole. Just what I need until I stop being too lazy to patch and paint the hole.
I bought French doors for my living room maybe 8 years ago and the inside still looks beautiful but the wood frame on the outside was starting to rot at the bottom. I put flex tape over the wood frames and you can't even tell it's there unless you walk up to them and look for it. I'm hoping it at least buys me another year before buying new doors.
Very happy with the results. Sealed the greenhouse panels since they were blown out in a coastal storm. Since then have had high winds and they did not budge. Can't really cut a straight straight line with the 8" width roll as I made 2" long strips and it is rather gummy material. But no matter, I was looking for functionality rather than esthetics. Also, the large roll was much more economical for the project instead of purchasing 2" wide rolls
I had a shower pan that was cracked and caulked but leaked anyway. it was bad. to replace it would have cost hundreds of dollars and a lot of work and if i had to hire it out it would have been a thousand dollars or more. I took sheet metal and used flex paste adhesive/glue. i put a patch over the cracked area. after it dried i used seal tape, and then took the flex seal spray and went over everything. i used almond and it matched up OK. so far it has been a few months and it looks great and most of all i don't feel like I'm going to fall through and now it does not leak. I am very satisfied with flex seal products.
I purchased Flex seal white tape to repair my platform tent. A bear had ripped open one side. I sewed it up and put the Flex seal tape over the tear. The tent sits in the hot sun and the tape is still holding fine after several months. Great product.
Read advertisement/package well. At the bottom in tiny print it says (Dimensions 6.50 x 4.00 x 6.00 Inches, its 2 patches). For $9.30 I thought I was getting a few patches. I got 2, yes two tiny patches which is really not much you can do with that small amount. If you have a few repairs, buy a larger roll/pack. https://www.walmart.com/ip/FLEX-TAPE-MINI-WHT-Pack-of-1/692757609?classType=REGULAR%26athbdg=L1100%26from=%2Fsearch%26sid=90cb3f49-2251-4dfa-9a70-065e7ca3c229
DID NOT ORDER. I ordered blk. roll flex tape that wallmart canceled.
Repair garden hose FAIL. I followed directions. I also waited 24 hours to cure. First time the water was turned on, the water in the small hole blew a blister/bubble like bubblegum in the seal patch and popped.
I purchased this because I had a plastic pet drinking fountain that had a mystery leak that was increasing. Besides inspecting it myself, I enlisted the help of 3 friends. Not one of us could locate the leak, though it was clearly evident it was leaking! I thought well, I guess I will try FlexSeal and just spray the entire bottom of the fountain and hope it holds...Best. Decision. Ever. It is still holding fast to this day - Thanks!
I am trying to seal my moonroof from leaks with this tape. All the other similar tapes (like Gorilla tape) have worked, but the one I really thought would do the best job, even though it cost quite a bit more, isn't staying put like the commercials say it will. To say that I'm disappointed is an understatement.
