I've had knee pain for many years due to exercise and my weight. This supplement keeps me pain free. I take one every single day. MUST HAVE. Ive introduced it to everyone I know and they now are religious about it also. If I stop taking it for a few days, I notice the pain coming back.

I havent really noticed the difference in anything taking these. I have a lot of inflammation and a lot of pain. I was hoping this would help alleviate some of that, but I havent really noticed the difference but its got everything you need in it and seems to be OK brand

Pros-price, reputable co., it works!-safe pkg, giftablefast to SF. Its not a miracle pill but be sensible & it should help a tad.Cons-big arse pills.64 now n still addicted to hiking & tennis n have tried lotta stuff but on 4th day now n slight mobility improvement. My hip is shot from tennis & my horse ranch & surgery is not yet needed so give this a shot.No side effects

Been taking about 3 weeks, no discernable benefit. Going to go another 5 weeks as friends say it takes time for benefits to kick in. Taking for hip arthritis.

I am waiting to see if the stuff works. I will probably know in another month so far I don't see any change in the arthritis in my shoulders.

I have been using this product for about 2 weeks but I have not noticed any change in the way my shoulder feels. Perhaps my shoulder pain is not caused by anything this product would help. I will try a different brand next time but they all may be the same.
