Flexi Fun Black with Silver Trim Retractable Leash, Extra Small, Dogs up to 16lbs

This is my second purchase of a retractable leash. First option I purchased was just a couple of dollars less than this leash. The two are not even comparable. My dog chewed through the first leash in less than 30 seconds, and I am not exaggerating… This leash is very heavy duty, and you will not be disappointed.

We recently started fostering dogs from the local animal shelter, and decided to invest in our own retractable leash since we love to walk them and they always come with shorter training leashes. We invested in this one because it says it can be used for bigger, stronger dogs (and that tends to be who ends up needing to be fostered the most). I have been SO HAPPY with this leash! It is comfortable to be hold, it extends and retracts smoothly, and it has been durable with large dogs that occasionally get excited and pull very hard. This leash is worth the money absolutely, and if we need a second one, we will get it again. The size is long enough to let them run, but not so long that you have to worry about them being out of your sight or control, the strength is fantastic, and I haven't worried about the potential for it to break at all.

Our 3 month old puppy is a "leash chewer"! This leash has held up for quite some time and has not frayed or broken. The 16 foot length is great for allowing her to run in the backyard while still on the leash. The leash is also light weight so for those longer walks you can be assured that your hand will not get tired holding the leash. I rate this leash five (5) stars.

First bought flexi about 16 years ago. I use it still today. Sturdy, takes a big dog that's in runaway mode and doesn't break . Would never buy another brand ever

so far it is fantastic I have a Jack Russell miniature poodle mix and he has a lot of pole in him when he takes off so the previous one I had was a different brand and it was meant to hold 100 lb dog and he is only 10 to 15 lbs and he managed to pull the ribbon completely from the spindle and that's why invested in this one because it has a 2-year warranty

Flexi are the best of all the retractable leads. I prefer the tape version even though our dog is only 30 lbs The other style with the cord can give you a rope burn if you have an excited dog an some slack in the line Flexi leads are tough and very reliable This is probably our 4th flexi lead in 50 years and a couple of those were simply lost

I love these leashes. They just are perfect for walking my little dog in the park. She can move about easily and I have full control with this product. The length is very good, the materials are durable, the booklet was a great read! I am completely satisfied with my purchase, however, I would have loved for the leash to have high-visibility - as my last one did. I am not opposed to finding a high-vis, and having a spare. I'll have to shop around.

Purchased retractable dog lease 2 weeks ago and was great. Until today when I was walking my dog and the leash broke with very little tenon the leash. I heard the spring inside come loose and the leash stopped working.

I placed a pick up order for this product. Whomever picked my order for me didn't check the product because it was broken. I was unable to use it and had to purchase another one.
