You can disregard the nonsense in the previous review. You DO NOT want a cold pack on for an hour. 30 minutes is perfect although I've also heard that doing 10 minutes on and 10 minutes off is ideal. Love the neck wrap for migraines and tension. Thank you Natracure!!!

NatraCure's gel pack are the only gel packs I found that do what they say. Durable! Flexible even when frozen! Stay cold a long time when you mush the gel around. Post rotator cuff surgery the large size and neck shaped have been a hod-send.

I bought this to wrap around my seriously injured ankles. It is so easy to wrap around my ankles in just the way I need it. It provides long lasting cold that reduces the swelling quickly! I use it daily. Thank you for a wonderful product.

Just got them. Used them once. Seem great, but time will tell. They are flexible even after sittinging in my deep freezer. Very convenient to just pull out and use instead of filling an ice bag. I would recommend based on limited use.

FlexiKold is adaptable to different places on the neck, shoulder and arm. Besides, it is easy to place it over both shoulders. I need to place it in the freezer for 20 min or 1/hr and it is ready to use. Very convenient product that honors its name.

I love the cold pack for its shape and the coldness. It drapes around my neck to perfection. Its stays cold for a long time.

Been buying the original Neck ColdPack ( without straps) for many years. I have neck nerve pain so use then often each day. They have strong seams , so cold packs last much longer than other brands I've bought , that always came apart at the seams very quickly. Natracure has great customer service, and free shipping.

Very flexible and gives good surface contact throughout. I'm looking for something that can cover the neck and also completely cover the shoulders down to the scapulas. If you make it longer I would recommend nylon straps too. The contraption will get unwieldy at bigger sizes regardless of temperature.

I like a thicker ice pack. More gel will stay colder for a longer time. I suggest you add more gel for longer durations. A one hour cold time would be best.
