When they come out of the package, they are oily and have a horrible smell. After wiping them off with an old shirt and let them air out, they're fantastic. Especially for the price

Rubber oil smells- air out
They stink (like all others) so let them air out in the garage a few days. Otherwise, the wife will beat you.
