This was purchased because my brother is parolized from a stroke on one side. He was having difficulty managing a landry basket and walking to the laundry room at his apartment complex. So we purchased this one and it works well. Like the features of being able to fold it up and it fits perfectly behind the bedroom door.
Appeared to have been previously assembled, disassembled and returned due to an incorrect part that did not fit properly. That incorrect part made it impossible to properly be assembled. I will now have to return it to my local Walmart store and order another one from a different manufacturer.
So at first it appears the back axle is too small so I was going to return, but I took a look and saw what looked like shoddy factory assembly on cart piece. Looked like there was room for bar to go in that would give me the 1 inch I needed so I hit both sides with mallet and I was right. I put a pic so you can see where to hit it. So once I did both sides, the back wherls fit on. As for people saying wheels fall off, I put up photo with the pin bent over my way so hoping it keeps wheels on. Including a picture of the pliers and mallet I used. Hope this helps everyone. It stopped me from having to return. The instructions are “Okay” and definitely could be a lot better. You do need tools I think or at least I need. I havent tested yet, but just know this is small one. Im 5'3” and it comes up to my knee area. Thought it was bigger one. Should be more like $10-15. Not too bad for $25, but definitely needs work before could be better. Someone else said guard rails pop off so Ill need to explore that probably later too. I kept my box seeing reviews in case I need to return after all. We will see.
because the front wheels are inside instead of outside, it make cart hard to turn when pushing it. It will only go straight ahead and wheels wont turn to left or right side. Its aggravating. I would like a full refund but I don't have the box that it arrived in.
description of product said EASY TO ASSEMBLE WHEELS, NO TOOLS NEEDED. Wheels are not easy to assemble, does require tools. The holes to put cotter pins thru do not line up for assembly. not happy with this product and would not reccomend this cart unless you are willing to pay the assembly fee for someone to assemble it. I will be returning this and shopping somewhere else for this item.
This cart arrived with a manufacturing or shipping defect that makes it unusable. The main metal support beam that holds the cart in place when folded out was missing a small but critical metal anchoring piece that secures it to one of the side beams. Because this piece was missing out of the box, the cart cannot be stabilized or used as intended. This was not an assembly issue — the part is supposed to come pre-assembled. Returning the entire item for a refund or partial refund is more hassle than it's worth for a low-cost product, especially since the item is already unusable as delivered. I'm likely going to have to purchase a replacement part elsewhere just to make it functional. In my photos I'm showing what is supposed to be there on one side. And then 2 photos of the problem of it not being there on the other side.
This cart is horrible! I had to put it together and the back axle wasn't long enough for all the pieces to go, I had to make it fit! THEN once I used it the next day, the cart broke down on me while coming up a hill and the 2 back wheels flew off; one of the smaller front wheels came bent so that was another issue! If I was able to give NO stars I wouldn't have given any and I DO NOT recommend this cart to anyone! I actually would like my money back; I had to literally leave the cart where it broke down and be carry groceries up the hill!
The guardrails are popping off and now the cart is open and will not hold the bags. The guardrails on right side has one that has popped off and the left side 4 have popped off causing items to fall out.
I was putting the cart together following the instructions when it said that I needed 2 axles only thing is there not even one axle in the box, so how do I assemble it without all the parts.
the parts to assemble were not in box. we couldn't assemble because back bar was too short. Walmart may not give me my credit but we still ended up throwing this in the trash can.
