hunter March 7, 2026

It's the perfect all in one work out machine and with amazing quality for the price just make sure you take your time and read the instructions carefully

When working my legs, my feet hit the base foot plate Extremely awkward and my toes end up hitting and scraping. I going to have to remove this plate to fix this issue

Nice machine , lots of options for workouts. However, the lower seat bracket part %235 weld broke day one and we can't get ahold of anyone to replace the part. So we cannot shut the seat height for leg workouts etc. Assembly was easy with two people. Disappointed with customer service- vm is full, no answer or response to email for help to get a replacement seat bracket.

It's cheap because it's made cheap

Heather March 17, 2026

Not made for short people, the bottom seat adjusts up and down but back does not adjust forward.. i have to use a cushion behind me to do leg lifts. There's not enough extention on the leg press even adjusted all the way back and the plate isn't wide enough for proper alignment. The pin falls out of the weights after several lifts, i had to wrap electrical tape around it so it would stay in. the end caps on the pads kept falling out, had to wrap tape around them to keep them in. parts of the ball at the end of the one cable under the leg lifts came apart, i had to tape it together. the cable consistently comes off of that wheel in the same spot. The machine sticker shows 4 exercises that this machine is not capable of. the weight stickers do not align with the weights properly. Some of the weights listed are whole numbers (i.e. 20, 60), some are off (i.e. 47.5, 72.5)... WHY?? If you think the price is too good to be true... you're right! it's cheap because it's made cheap! Don't buy it!

Regret

Anonymous October 31, 2025

The machine is too small for me at 6 feet tall. I can't extend my arms more than halfway on the lat pull-down and the chest/fly bars are in the way. The seat is wobbly. There is a strange dragging/resistance from wheels not rolling well on threaded screws. I regret this purchase as it will be difficult or impossible to return after the several hours spent assembling it.

Defective design! Unsafe!

JayGD November 10, 2025

The machine is poorly designed. The main design flaw/problem with this machine is tha cable and pulley system. The cables are too long and loose that they tend to fall off the pullies causing binding and possible safety concerns. There is a very dangerous retainer that is held on by an o-ring. Needless to say the o-ring slips off due to the weight of the retainers which bind the pulley system and derailing the cable. The retainers are not heavy either. Please do not by. Save yourself the headache and by from a more reputable company!

Absolutely no support!

Paul April 10, 2026

It arrived in 5 boxes with several parts missing. Tried to contact the number on the instructions and just kept getting a "full mailbox" message. No customer service whatsoever. Fortunately, Walmart arranged a free FedEx pickup and full refund. I did, however have to repavk all the boxes and the main two had been damaged in shipping. Had there been an actual company to contact, i may have kept it as it seemed to be a sturdy, well made machine.

I am missing parts to the equipment and Walmart will not send the missing parts or refund the item. Unfortunately this will cause me to never order an item online from Walmart. I can not use a homeworkout system without all the pieces

I didn't like having to deal with holes not lining up for the screws to fit. The welds on the machine are a joke they could have been cleaner. I will not recommend this product because of it being cheap made so better
