Very durable, good quality
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was pleasantly surprised by this. It's a very heavy product. The quality is great and it seems very durable. I didn't try heating it or sticking it in the freezer but it works well without doing any of those things. I'm 8 months pregnant so this was really nice to massage my feet every night! The grooves that it has were very effective.

Good for feet massage.
This item offers excellent value for its price as it is easy to use and portable. It performs quite well and can be utilized for both hot and cold applications, in addition to its standard normal use.

Smooth even roll
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This helped my husbands plantar fasciitis. He was previously using a frozen plastic water bottle to roll out his foot but that wouldn't roll in a straight even line and got annoying. This was easier for him to use. It's also lighter than it looks.
