Effective foot relief
Simple but effective in reducing muscle stiffness from plantar fasciitis. Ribbed surface makes is a plus compared to smooth roller. I put it in freezer overnight, then use in morning.

Good for feet massage.
This item offers excellent value for its price as it is easy to use and portable. It performs quite well and can be utilized for both hot and cold applications, in addition to its standard normal use.

Decent
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pretty good roller! Gets the job done. I havent used it hot or cold - i dont think this was for me. It may be more beneficial if i used it hot or cold. Dont think i will use it often but nice to keep around in case
