One of my all time favorites!
I remember watching this as a kid. It was a great movie then. We wanted to introduce it to our kids and realized that we did not have a copy. So I checked on Walmart.com and found it for $5.00. What a steal. We had it in less then a week and have already enjoyed it a few times. The kids love it just as much as we did and still do!

Imaginations soar
Second purchase of this movie bought when it first came out, bought again for the two youngest grandkids! It imagination holds their interests, it encourages them to use their own little creative minds. Yes recommended.

The whole family loved watching this movie! We've watched it a few times now. It was only a couple days from when we ordered it to having it in our mail box.

Good Movie for Young and Old
It's an older movie but I think they have the more interesting contents than the movies now a days. David goes out through the woods to walk his younger brother home but ends up somewhere else. One of Sarah Jessica Parker's early movies, too. Good movie to watch over and over.

great message of imagination
i think this is a good movie particularly for young boys, even though i really liked it & i'm not a boy. very imaginative plot that younger people can really relate to. i still enjoy it, even though maybe not as much. i bought it for my 11 year old nephew because i hate to see the older movies forgotten because of the big blockbusters, cgi and special effects.
