So far, my husband is pretty happy with the grilling and griddle's cooking capabilities. It gets hot quick and cooks quicker than his previous grill. Unfortunately the bottom panel had a pretty good dent in it when we unboxed it. Since we had parts strewn around on the back patio, he opted to hammer the dent out using some wood blocks and his hammer, rather than wait days for a replacement part. You have to look really hard to find the spot now. The other thing that prevents him from giving the grill 5 stars is how the LP bottle is designed to hang off a bracket on the end of the cage. He could not get the tank to hang and get the hose in place without kinking the hose. His solution was to remove the back and end containment rods and place the bottle on the aforementioned bent bottom shelf. That has worked out fine. As to the dent, we can't figure out if it occurred during shipping, since the outer box looked okay or if this occurred if the had to force the shelf into the box. However, the grill was delivered later than promised and I saw where it had to receive a new label at one of the shipping hubs, so maybe it was damaged and received a new outer box. Not sure.
