This is the best iron supplement that's out there when I tell you I only been on this for a week. I feel like a different person. I'm even sleeping now. I mostly wake around three or 3:30 in the morning. Can't go back to sleep. I've been sleeping. I recommend this product.

This product seems to be working well. It doesn't cause stomach upset for me like some other products have. It's a good values for the product and I will be buying it again!

Because it is plant-based and slow released, it does not upset my stomach. I have only been ysung it for about a week but I already feel a little more energetic.

Bought this for hair growth. Haven't seen any results yet because it's still very early, however this is the best ingredients for the price I was able to find. Will update this review in a few months.

Anyone whom suffers from low iron this is a must have of course with supplements like iron it can cause upset stomach issues. It's super easy to ingest and the texture is smooth
