Ferritin good product
I like this iron capsule because you can take it every day without risk of too much iron in your system. And, because it’s plant based, there’s no stomach pain or queasiness, and it’s easily absorbed.

Plant Based For The Win!
Perfect! I need to take iron due to my low ferritin; I was having issues taking other forms, this was referred to me. I haven't had any issues with this. It doesn't cause any gastrointestinal issues.

Terrible packaging. Almost impossinle to get capsiles out of bubble plasric sheets. Also had an unpleasant smell.
