This MCT oil has amazingly replaced cream in my coffee, thus allowing me to 15-hour fast each day. I just couldn't drink my coffee without creaminess and this product takes care that in a taste-neutral way. I also like the dark glass packaging - it protects the integrity of the oil and avoids the toxicity of plastic packaging.

After following Dr. Berg for the first time, I started to follow all of his health advise, and bought this MCT oil for the first time and let me tell you, it tastes delicious in my morning coffee and it helps to stay in IF! I would recommend it!

I love that this comes in a glass bottle and not plastic. Easy to measure out into a tablespoon. I put this in my morning coffee with butter for the excellent fats and it tastes good too!

I have a friend who recommended this product to aid with constipation. I started putting 1 tablespoon in my hot chocolate each morning. Absolutely no taste and quite pleased with the results.

I love that this is in glass and the product seems of good quality. We use it in a carrot slaw we make and it works very well for that!!

The item is exactly as described and comes in the glass bottle, which is great. Haven't been using it that long.

I specifically searched for MCT oil that's in a glass bottle, and I'm glad that I found one with dark glass. I got this oil to coat my wooden utensils. I'd appreciate if it came with a stopper or dropper because it's easy for too much oil to spill out and down the sides. The label suggests taking 1 Tbsp with food but it will be messy, and wasteful, trying to take this as a supplement.

I haven't gotten very sick, checking that. It came in very bad nausea.!
