I took about 2-3 a day before a meal and I was shocked to see and feel a difference right away! This really helped me stay in balance and as a result I was more active because I wasn't dealing with bloating and indigestions pains.

I took a florajen capsule about 20 minutes before each meal and had no issues with foods that would have caused me discomfort prior to taking Florajen. Capsule is an average size and easy to swallow in my opinion. I even ate ice cream and drank milk with no tummy issues! Great product!

Then, to ensure this was the reason for my improvements, I stopped it for a week and got sluggish and bloated again. As soon as I resumed my Florajen regimen I began to feel healthy again! The directions state to take one capsule 15 minutes before each meal. I would prefer to take one pill a day sine I didn't always remember or couldn't take one before I ate. When I did take it at the appropriate time, I noticed I was not as bloated feeling with certain foods. It didn't work all the time but that could be due to the timing issue. If someone suffers from discomfort after eating this product is worth a try.
