My husband and I have both felt relief from bloating and upset stomach. There is no taste or smell, and it is easy to swallow. I love that you only need one pill. Many digestive enzymes require you to take 3 or more pills at a time.

I have had zero side effects. Just 1 easy to swallow capsule a day. No after taste at all. I was positive they were going to smell terrible when I opened the bottle, but much to my pleasant surprise…the odor was nearly undetectable! First win! I was so worried they were going to keep me sprinting to the restroom but win 2, no upset stomach to speak of! Outside of the bottle requiring me to find my husband to open, initially (when I say that lid was screwed on tight- whew!) everything else was very positive! I don't know that I noticed a tremendous difference in level of bloat, but I love that the product is vegan, is equipped with enzymes that help breakdown proteins, and is a full 90 day supply. I'll likely be purchasing after these 90 days are up!

For the overall health of the gut it was very easy absorbing and gently on stomach. It is vegan free however my other is way better in comparison 50billion cfu and renew only has 3billion cfu.
