[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tasted the batter before it was cooked and it tasted like fresh peas so I was nervous but once cooked I put pbfit and sliced strawberries on the chocolate chip and it is an amazing and filling breakfast or snack! Highly recommend!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first gluten free pancake mix whereby I can 100% say that I enjoy the taste and EVEN MORE IMPORTANT the texture! I didn't think it was possible to get fluffy pancakes without using flour, but Flourish has done it! The chocolate chip add ins give this mix a great balanced flavor - not too sweet but just enough of that chocolate kick! I've learned to do as the instructions say - 53 grams of mix to 3 medium (small to me LOL) pancakes. I've tried to make one huge pancake and while this does work, the pancake comes out on the thicker side. So if you like thinner pancakes, then stick with the 3 pancakes per serving recommendation. And the best part - this fits my macros and helps me with my fiber intake goal!
