I received my pump in 2 days!! Just in time for our Father's Day picnic and my grandchildren got to swim! The pump works great so far and the price was great!

Workeds great right out of the box. Replacing one that the cartridge case (blue) part cracked trying to put it on after changing filter.

doesn't work well at all when it comes to sucking up debris. Im actually returning it to get a more powerful one.

The instructions are incomplete and poorly written. The Hoses are of poor quality and didn't last a year even though properly stored in the off season. It's hard to find replacement hoses. Set up is a beast. There is zero customer service, no one to talk to for help. Their "AI" thing is trash.

had they tested the pump prior to packing it would have been obvious the pump had a short circuit. ---poor quality control over a relatively good product ( I've owned this before). walmart was good about returning the product. but still a hassle.
