Flower Beauty Bitten Lip Stain - Sweet , 0.16 oz Lip Gloss

I bought mine this morning and fell in love instantly. It goes on so smoothly, my lips feel hydrated even after it absorbs! I love that you can apply multiple layers for your desired intensity. And it stays put - no traces on my coffee cup! Definitely adding to my necessity list!

I have been eye-ing this for awhile. I got the announcement in my email. Walked in CVS, and color me happy! I bought 2 right away to test it out, "Coy" and "Sweet". I walked around town, with my mask. Hours later, I did notice that the color stayed. Maybe not as vivid as when I initially put it on. But I gotta say I am impressed. I tried this well known over the counter matte ones. And thought the color stayed, it often left my lips feeling dry by the end of the day. With this product however, the color stain is just that, a "stain" that makes the color on your lips look effortless to have on for hours. I like that. So much so that I bought one off the webiste for my mom.

I loved my free sample of Bitten Lip Stain, Sass, it is super good now that we must use facial masks and it is uncomfortable to wear lipstick, I loved the presentation, the color and of course the effect on my lips, I just need to apply and let it dry a little, remove any excess with a little paper and voila, a fabulous natural color remains on the lips, it is super soft, something like a gel, refreshing and hydrating your lips. I applied it, left a few minutes, dried and then applied my regular lip moisturizer to give it softness and shine, also it is perfect for a super natural look, super recommended.

I absolutely love this lip stain! It took me three tries to find my perfect color. I first tried Coy then Sweet but finally tried Play and fell in love. Play is my perfect daily wear color. Thankfully the price is right so you can afford to try them all. This lip stain goes on easily and if you mess up you have time to correct before the stain sets. This is the first lip stain I've ever tried that is not drying. It even feels moisturizing for about an hour after applying. Then it feels like you have nothing on at all. I like to apply lip balm over the stain throughout the day. I do find that I have to reapply the stain after lunch but besides that it lasts all day. LOVE! LOVE!! LOVE!!!

I am particularly picky about my lip products because I get very conscious of their textures on my lips and this stain definitely passes the test. Initial application is a bit thicker but you can definitely sheer it out easily - once spread out I barely noticed I had anything on my lips at all. I love wearing lip products that make me forget they are there until I look in the mirror. I'm not sure it is the most hydrating formula but doesn't dry out my lips either. Saucy is a perfect berry red and when sheered out on my lips gives me a flush of color without being too obvious. You can definitely have a brighter opaque color if you don't sheer it out.

The color payoff on this lip stain is great. It is not as transfer proof as I'd hope. Overall I really like it and would recommend it. Shipping was very fast!

These lip stains stay on for a longgg time! A little goes a long way. I got coy which is pretty close to my natural lip color and Saucy. Didn't love saucy as much as I hoped though :(. It's a really cool toned red/ blue red so if you're warm like me it won't look the best

Received Bitten Lip Stain in color Sass compliments of Home Tester Club in exchange for my honest opinion. My thoughts on the shade were that I liked this color. Sass was not too purple which I was a little afraid of at first when I first opened my sample. This lip stain formula is very dehydrating in my opinion. Also it does not stay on long at all. I was under impression stains were supposed to last long time and this one was gone by time I finished coffee. I like the color but with how drying this formula was and how short lasting I would not purchase. Kinda fell short for me.

I try alot of products for my lips. I'm picky for what I need/want on a day to day basis I found this product to fit my needs for a number of reasons. Mainly, it's versatile and potent for a lip/cheek stain. I use a stippler brush to apply it on my cheeks after dotting a tiny amount on it. It looks beautiful, and feels and looks natural like a flush (saucy is my go to shade). I love that it lasts for a long time. I can see how the lighter colors may not show up as much on my skin tone or maybe last as long? In any case I did buy a lighter shade today (coy). Its very natural compared to saucy. What I love about it though is it's natural, and it's buildable. I wouldn't recommend it for someone who has extremely dry powdery Foundation that's caked on their face because this is a water-based gel like formula. It's light and packs a punch, used properly it's magical. It applies better on fresh skin, or unset but absorbed foundation bases and also bb creams. Love it!! This company should consider eye stains. For women who want simple flushes of color that can be applied on clean skin that also lasts. Here in the hot desert, makeup melts. But not stains. It absorbs! It's wonderful. I sometimes will put a little of this stain on my eye lids. Other shades would be fun.
