The reason I bought this was because I am day trading the futures market. And I need to gain more patience while waiting for a trade to develop. That has been quite the challenge. So my thoughts were anything that could help would be beneficial. So I'm taking this at about a quarter of a dropper full a couple times every morning maybe about an hour or so apart. And I'm doing okay with the patients challenge. I think it's helping. It may just be psychological, but whatever works to make the patients be there is what I will continue to do.
