Nice looking tips - weak bolts
The tips look amazing - but do yourself a favor and throw the clamp bolts away and replace them with 5/16 x 2” grade 8 bolts. Installed 2 tips on my 72 Cutlass with 2 1/2” pipes and both original clamp bolts sheared before the tips were tight…the 1/4” diameter bolts are just way too small. Once we got the right hardware they tightened right up and look great!
