Flowmaster 52557 Super 50 Muffler - 2.50 Center In / 2.50 Offset Out - Mild Sound

It has a deeper sound and not to much louder than stock. I left the stock resonator on. I also put a K&N F.I.P.K. on also. I can tell it does run smoother and picks up a lot quicker.

I am very happy with the flowmaster muffler that I purchased and it was a good price. Would recommend this product.

Bought to replace the stock muffler that started to rust out on my '04 F150 Supercrew. Was looking for a stock sounding muffler. This was maybe slightly louder than stock, very hard to tell over regular engine noise when revving. . No interior resonance or cab noise. Overall if you want a quite stock muffler, this is an excellent choice. paint coatings look good, we will see how they hold up to winter and the road salt. Construction and welds seem good and solid built, One end pipe did come dinged and I had to bend the end back to make it round again. I welded this in using existing pipe and some new pieces, but overall fitment was great. Only disappointment was, I thought Flowmaster was made in the USA, Had made in China on the box. Not sure if that is just this model or all of them are now.
