It gut loads the mealworms, helping increase calcium intake when fed to your reptiles. It also doubles as bedding for the mealworms.

It is more dense than plain wheat bran, and there are obvious pieces of dehydrated vegetables in. I really like this because I feel like it is a good value for my money and good quality. I would definitely repurchase.

This is a more cost effective way to feed your reptile friends due to the length of storage time. Although, it personally creeps me out to touch these meal worms I feel some slight comfort in knowing the worms are dried out and unalive making it easier for handling. Your reptile friends will love it.
