So far so good. If my little one is happy with it that's fine with me.
Working well after several months
GREAT FOR ANYWHERE HEAT IS NEEDED.
Good price on a decent product.
Good quality fast shipment highly recommended product thanks again
This red heat bulb was just what I needed to give my chickens some warmth in the coop. It provides a little warmth for them overnight when the temps dip.
Looks exactly like the image. Once turn on, the heat is visible. I love the brightness %26 coloring. I’m giving it a 4 because I want to test it more, specifically to see if it can cause ignition if too close to bedding or if it can overheat close containment areas. Other than potential issues, it is pretty good. It arrived fast and in good condition. Would definitely get again
i ordered 2 red snake bulbs and one came broken all to pieces... other one is good and works
At first this item was amazing. I got it specifically for my ducklings whom Ive rescued and got it very last second while all the pet stores were closed. Did the job for about a month UNTIL the bulb exploded! Now I only keep the bulb on at night to keep them warm and turn it off during the day so I’m confused as to how it could have exploded so quickly. Fragments of glass were scattered all over my brooder (the ducklings nesting box) and it put them at risk of eating smaller fragments and potentially dieing. Luckily they are fine but I’m still at shock. Could be a manufacturers issue but I would not recommend this product unless you are sure that if the bulb does explode, fragments of glass will not scatter around the area your pet lives in and can potentially be eaten or walked over.
I bought 6 of these. Out of the 6 only one is still working. Most stopped working within the first day or two and then then rest after a week. One completely separated in a perfect circle away from the metal part of the bulb that screws in. I wouldn’t recommend these at all.
