Its an obvious return. Had repackaging tape on the box. One of the pipes was cracked. Such a pain in the butt. Spent $250 on this and need it now. Typical walmart fashion, resell broken stuff. To much of a hassle to return as we need it now. Guess will be sticking with Amazon from now on.

Not the quality I expected from Fluval
Shaft on the prime pull is made of plastic about the size of pencil lead. It broke on the first pull of trying to prime the pump. I've used Fluval canisters for many many years and was shocked that it was so poorly designed. Replacement primer pulls are readily available on Amazon (for some reason, lol), but all are made of very thin breakable plastic. I was quite disappointed in this product.
