I am obsessed with these noodles! The texture of the noodles is perfectly chewy, and the chili crisp sauce is the star of the show, it has the perfect balance of heat, crunch, and umami. It tastes much more authentic and high-end than your typical instant noodles. It's now a permanent staple in my pantry!

I love these noodles! I have officially been missed at my local noodle spot because no need go out anymore! I can make these at home and add any veggies or tofu I like anytime I want. Which is all the time.., so good!

These noodles taste excellent, spicy, but not unreasonably so. Adding a little meat and veg makes for an excellent complete meal. They don't feel as heavy as some other brands which have fried ramen noodles in the packet.

In a category by itself! No comparison! Each component is unique. If you love chili crisp, Fly by Jing has the best. If you want noodles with character that don't get limp and soggy, nothing measures up to Fly by Jing “noods”! Taste and texture that can't be beat!

Was finally able to get my hands on some Fly By Jing noodles an they didn't disappoint! Have tried noodles by all the "ones" (Momofuko, Omsom, etc) and these are by the best I've put in my mouth thus far! They are amazing with a great texture and ability to soak up & hold on to the flavoring! Looking forward to trying their other option and hoping that it is just as amazing as this!

I tried the chili crispy noodles and they are so tasty. Perfect easy on the go meal that won't leave you hungry. Would definitely recommend!

Recently had to resupply on my noodle stash. Sauce is packaged differently and clearly has less tingly crisp and more plain spice. Also less sauce in the packet, barely enought to coat the noodles. Luckily I have a jar of their chili crisp. Not sure why they changed, hopefully not a sign of things to come.
