This bookcase is amazing! I wanted a space saving solution fir storing my expansive collection of books and graphic novels. This was perfect. Different size books fit nicely on the shelves. Even better, I can see the gorgeous artwork on the covers! If you live in an earthquake zone, I definitely recommend taking precautions on where set it up. The over 6 ft height means the bookcase is easier to tip over than cases with a wider base. I also recommend laying down a solid wood or metal platform if you put it on carpet. The rotating base will spin more easily. If you collect books with beautiful artwork on the covers, this is a great way to display them without taking up too much space.

This is an awesome rotating bookshelf. My husband had no trouble assembling it. It looks very sharp in my family room and holds all my scholastic books (dozens of them). I would like another. I originally wanted an all wood one but they cost more and some reviews mentioned assembly problems. This was on sale (no assembly problems mentioned) so I ordered it and very glad I did. Looks sharp (gold), seems sturdy, and holds a lot.

It does take some assembly and they give both a printed pamphlet and a QR code to show you how. The materials are cheap and the screw heads are visible so it is not very attractive. It advertisment looks better than the actual product.

Does not rotate on carpet when loaded - needed a board underneath! It was easy to assemble and holds a good number of books, but does not rotate on carpet even when only half loaded. We needed to unload the bookcase and place on a board in order to use it properly. Please make that clear in the description.

It looks nice enough that yes I will keep it. However, it doesn't look that nice. The veneer isn't installed very well, small nicks and scratches on the pieces, exposed screw heads. But it seems sturdy, and well built.
