Flynn Multi-Frame Quilting System

I love this product. It is very easy to use and has made my quilting journey so much smoother! I'm grateful that this product was invented it's made my life so much easier!

Needs clear instructions.

This transaction was possibly the worst one I've ever had with a third party seller through Walmart.com. FedEx sent me a message saying that they had my package, but they didn't actually have it and it sat in SC for several days. FedEx even stated the expected delivery date would be 7/21. On 7/25 I spoke to the seller who told me that there had been issues with their receiving department. He also stated that he would make sure that the quilting frame would be sent out that day and that I could check on the tracking the following morning. On Monday morning it was still showing to be in SC. When I contacted the seller that day, he told me that he had "dropped it off on Sunday", not on Friday as he promised. Two days later FedEx finally updated the tracking. Another 2 or 3 days later, the box was dropped off on my front porch. One end of the box was torn open and retaped shut, but there were gaps between the cardboard flaps. When I opened the box and removed the 3 long yellow tubes, they had obviously been used. There were blotches of sticky residue all over the tubes. Someone had removed the double sided tape that was supposed to hold the leader fabric on the tube. There was no assembly instructions, nor a user manual in the box. It was terrible to pay $200 for a used item. I reported this to Walmart, who in turn contacted the seller. Initially, he offered me $20 as a partial refund. We finally settled for $65, and I had to order 3 rolls of double sided tape to replace the missing ones on the tubes. I'll also have to clean the adhesive residue off all of the yellow tubes. Walmart customer service was very supportive each of the two times I reached out to them about this situation. The seller wasn't very helpful, but he did agree to the updated settlement amount after I stated that I wouldn't accept the $20 one. Beware of third party sellers!!!!!! I'm never going to use another one through Walmart.com. If Walmart.com doesn't sell and ship an item, I'm not purchasing it. This is the third problem I've had with third party sellers. If Walmart hadn't interceded on my behalf, I'm sure the outcome would have been a LOT different.

Did not like…does fit my sewing machine

I only received the frame! It said machine was included

I bought this expecting to be able to quilt but it took me a week to put it together and then I couldn't use it with my machine so now it's in my closet collecting dust.
