Horrible Product, Horrible Design and directions
The directions are horrible and after bringing it to the attention of CIS Associates (so called manufacturer) they gave a rude response. Poorly engineered! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! Look at Amazon reviews. The bad reviews all say the same thing.
