Foldable Electric Wheelchair Hitch Carrier Mobility Scooter Folding Loading Ramp

My scooter fits on it just right.. The only thing it needed was tie downs for my scooter there weren't any.

Well made but needs improvement. the tie-down holes are too small, and the carrier wabbles when car or truck is driving.. when mounted on today's pickup trucks the ramp is way to steep. it's too high off the ground. a drop down hitch attchment costs more than the carrier. I had to add a wooden extender which I fassend with a spring loaded gate hinge in order to run my scooter onto the carrier.The reason the carrier is tilted is it was just hit by another truck and was dammaged

Doesnt lay flat on the ground and takes some power to push it up the ramp. Any disabled person, sych as myself, definitely can not do it by their self, so basically useless if you need tooad and unload it alone.

The ramp is good, BUT it has LOTS of rust spots.

The product was cheap and it showed. Very unsturdy and started to show rust spots with 3 weeks. When we loaded the scooter the ramp swayed badly. Never took it down the road because I was afraid it would pitch the scooter off. Would not recommend .

Company is EXTREMELY difficult to work with! This trailer is not compatible with my car!!! If you have rear backup cameras on your car and auto braking for objects behind your car then this trailer is IMPOSSIBLE to use!! My car literally won't reverse with this trailer attached! It lets me put it in reverse, but the second you try to backup, my car auto brakes EXTREMELY HARD. (Yes, it jolts so quickly and hard that everything goes flying in the car and it feels like whiplash!!) I literally CANNOT backup and it made my motorized chair turn sideways!! My neck and back are already genetically weak and this made it all worse! I purchased and paid for installation of a hitch, purchased and paid to install this trailer and now I feel like I'm worse off than before: There isn't any way for me to travel alone and use my chair for mobility!! This is so very frustrating and this Company is being rude and doesn't want to refund my money… SAVE YOURSELF ALL THIS FRUSTRATION AND PURCHASE A DIFFERENT PRODUCT!!

I would not recommend this product. Before using I had to drill out one of the holes for the pin holding the ramp upright as the holes didn't line up properly. No biggie I thought. After the very first trip, three welds popped and allowed the cart and scooter to hang at an angle. I thought I could repair it with JB Weld but the welds again popped on the second trip. It is too cheaply made...more welds would hold it firmly

Too heavy for 1 person. Would like to return but need help to put back in box
