I guess this wheelchair has been upgraded over the time. What I got didn't have the red knobs and very easy control and smooth ride. Very nice features like folding easily to store in the trunk without a need to own a big heavy lift. You can even control this thing with a small remote controller it comes with. Loaded with all the bells and whistles, I think it's very handy ; life saver.
The power chair requires some assembly out of the box (takes @15 minutes). The li ion battery must be fully charged. After charging the battery , slide it into th mount under the seat and connect the wire. You can mate the bluetooth remote to the control and drive it around with the remote. The power chair is very easy to drive around inside the home. I should mention that each of the armrests have a push button to swing them up out of the way to allow one to get on or off the seat from the side. The chair has plenty of power even at the lowest setting. Once folded to transport it can roll on the back wheels but be prepared to lift@ 55 lbs if you want to put it in a SUV or carĺ trunk We are completely happy with our purchase.
Loved the power. Hate the work to fold, no leg guard getting bolt marks on my legs.
Great product, makes life much easier. I can fold and put in my car to take anywhere I go.
What I liked about the wheelchair is that it is foldable and rides with ease. What I did not like was that it has a latch that doesn't snap shut to hold the wheelchair firmly together to prevent chair from collapsing. Also, the guide book seemed used so I wondered if I got a new chair and charger.
Item is of good quality but instructions are hard to understand (not translated very well from whatever the original language was) and some of the instructions are just not accurate.
The cardboard shipment box was badly beat up and the chair should have been crated for protection. The rear fenders are bent and have gouges in them, along with the seat belt. The rear anti tip backward arms work very hard to adjust. A remote control cover was sent and the unit doesn't have one but that was cracked as well. First trial of riding it seems Okay, only very brief.
Paid almost 1000.00 for a broken chair. Now this handicap person cannot get the chair back to you as I am living on my own after a stroke, Please help me
Chair was like it was refurbished. Missing the battery, charger, remote, instructions, chair cushion and the chair sling the cushion goes on haf a hole in it. There was also a gouge in the side with paint missing and the name was half off. I called and another was supp ou used to be sent out for me to receive lady week. It got hung up in Hutchins Texas on Sunday May 31st. Now my tracking number can't be found and Walmart still has not refunded me the over $2000 I paid. Also the joy stick would not attach.
Looks like was used a lot before i got it so slow! Doesnt do much
