Foldable Fitness Health Running Machine Equipment Motorized Treadmill for Home

1. It came early as plan. 2. Assembling the treadmill was easy. It was only screws and I had all that I needed to assemble it. 3. As a 280lb woman, I was worried would I fit and get the proper workout that I get at my local gym. And the answer is yes. Even though I have to manually incline the level that I want I still get the workout that I get at the gym. It is worth the money and you have clear directions on how to take good care of the treadmill.

I was nervous purchasing this treadmill after the mixed reviews but Im so glad I did. Its exactly as advertised. Its small and fits in a small space. I am 5 ft. tall and its perfect. Set up was a breeze. My husband did it in under 1/2 hour. Very happy with my purchase! Love the heart rate monitor.

Treadmill arrived intact in very good condition. Assembly was fairly easy even for me took maybe 10 minutes tops. The hardest part was figuring out which screws went where because they did not match what the instruction said. Treadmill works great the only 2 complaints I have is that it is not very wide so I keep rubbing my feet on the sides of the treadmill as I'm using it and the price went down by $92 as soon as it was delivered. I even got an email from the company that sold it to me to make sure that everything was great and I was satisfied and offered to help if I was not satisfied in any way which is amazing because that has never happened to me before. I will definitely be buying one of these again when I need to.

This treadmill is fine for the price - however it DOES NOT HAVE AUTOMATIC INCLINE OPTIONS from the control panel. You can adjust the incline before getting on the treadmill, but I was under the impression that you could change the incline while you are walking/running using buttons on the control panel.

During COVID 19, it has been a challenge to keep up a regular exercise routine. Gyms are closed and parks are too, so this treadmill has been a wonderful and convenient option for me! It's not gym quality and I didn't expect that it would be. But it is a very good, affordable "at home" way to keep up with my exercise and to keep stress down!

The setup was easy. The treadmill screen is cracked along with the base. It works well. The speed is definitely different than a gym quality treadmill, but I was still able to run well on it. It does the job while all the gyms are closed.

Recieved my treadmill today and it came with two cracks. One long crack on the top of the base plastic, the other on the front base of the plastic. I have contacted the seller hopefully they will make this right. Gave 3 stars due to product damaged on arrival.

When this item was received by me, I opened the box very carefully and to my surprise it was damaged even though it was wrapped in plastic and had minimal foam. I really didn't care for the plastic being damaged. My main issue was the power cord being crused by the treadmill and sliced in half. I would not recommend this item to anyone. Not to mention the third-party vendor Growthrill was trying to only give me a 20 dollar refund on a 508 dollar sale. Buy at you own risk.

I would rate lower if possible. This treadmill is absolutely horrible and the seller is even worse. The treadmill arrived and would not start. I had to contact the seller and manufacturer to get it working. That was the first red flag, but I let it go. I used the treadmill for less than two months and the belt was misaligned. It all came down when my wife was having a light job and belt popped off and she stumbled. My first thoughts, the device is defective, but let's try to get it fixed. I contacted the manufacturer and seller and was met with so many obstacles and no solution. The seller offered me $15 refund to consult with a local repair shop because they do not make profit off the treadmill. I was fuming! The manufacturer referred me back to the seller since I did not purchase directly with them. It was a load of crap and the worst customer service ever. DO NOT PURCHASE! If you take the risk, please purchase the extended warranty. I was able to get 75% of the full cost back, but the treadmill did not last 3 months. Also the seller will not value you as a customer and they are not making enough profit off the treadmill. I wish I could share the emails. The absolute worst purchase ever.

The design is poor. The speed changes where I comfortably hold on. Therefore the speed changes unintentionally. The belt is not real smooth. I should have read more carefully about how to change the incline. Returning it would be difficult. I will make do. I should have known better. You get what you pay for.
